Meet Gabby

Gabby is a sports dietitian with over 7 years of experience working with athletes at the collegiate and professional level. She specializes in helping endurance athletes fuel smarter, train stronger, and recover faster — without restrictive diets or guesswork.

Her mission is to teach runners how to fuel their bodies with purpose so they can prevent injury, improve performance, and feel confident on and off the course. Whether you're training for your first half marathon or chasing a PR, Gabby combines science-based strategies with real-life flexibility to help you reach your goals.

When she's not coaching, you’ll find her running, exploring trails, or spending time at the beach.
